UNIT 1: 8TH GRADE BOOTCAMP
Description:
This unit serves as an introduction to the year for students. In this unit, students participate in Ice Breakers at the start of the year to get to know one another and their teacher, Ms. Settles. Students take part in creating the classroom culture during this first unit. Students learn routines, strategies, and expectations for the upcoming year in this unit. Students also explore technology that will be utilized in the middle school English classroom.
